The get my ass in shape bus that is!
Today was a typical Monday. Bored at work, wanting to go home and get back in bed. Wednesday we have our president of the company coming into town. I'm a little nervous about meeting her. She's not mean or anything, but she's the boss so that makes her intimidating. Plus I have to be on my best behavior.
After work I came home and took a nap. I really need to stop doing that. I should be more productive in the evenings. Les called while I was napping and said he was in the area. So he stopped by for about 30 minutes. It was nice to see him.
After he left, I watched some TV and then worked out. Luckily nobody was in the gym. I worked out for almost an hour. And I know I'm going to be so sore tomorrow. My goal is to work out everyday this week. Well, except Friday.
Mom had to go to the doctor today because her foot, leg, and hands keep swelling up. I'm knida worried about what is causing it. I'm sure it's nothing, but in the back of my mind I worry. I don't think I can handle losing my mom. She is really all I have left to take care of me. So Mom, if you are reading this, get healthy so you can be around for a long time! You know, I think I have lost more people close to me than other people my age. We don't have a big family to begin with, and it keeps dwindling.
But enough about that. Lets talk about happy stuff. In fact, let me make you a list of things that make me happy:
*playing with kittens and puppies
*cupcakes and cookies
*sleeping in
*sparkles
*watching Buttercup sleep
*having talks with Mom
*driving on a sunny day, listening to music
*dancing
*ice cream
*margaritas and mexican food
*seeing old friends
*that just showered feeling
*having a day off
*shopping
*tulips
